Refund policy

We want you to love your Mailons piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

• Any item showing signs of installation, wear, or modification cannot be accepted.

Process

1. Contact our support team at support@mailonshome.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and the return address.

3. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for completion.

Costs

• Return shipping costs are not covered by Mailons Home.

• In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return or replacement shipping expenses.
